Our Story
In a world filled with challenges, where people face struggles like hunger, homelessness, and unfair treatment, Goodwills Relief International (GRI) has seen it all firsthand. We’ve witnessed the hardships of those who don’t receive the help they desperately need, and it’s deeply touched us. From families displaced by conflicts to children denied access to education and communities devastated by natural disasters, we’ve experienced it all. These real-life struggles drive us to make a genuine impact, offering hope to those in dire circumstances.
GRI started with a big dream: to be a force for good in a world that can be pretty tough sometimes. We began in Texas, USA, but now we’re helping people worldwide. We work with others, both close to home and far away, to offer all kinds of help. From making sure people with disabilities get what they need to lend a hand when disasters strike, we’re here to make things better. Our story is one of continuous effort, where each act of support becomes a building block for a more just and equitable world.
We’ve built a network of support that extends near and far. We empower individuals with disabilities through education and support services. OUR MISSION
At Goodwills Relief International (GRI), our mission is to extend a helping hand to communities worldwide, particularly those facing crisis, poverty, oppression, and persecution. We stand with individuals who often receive little or no assistance due to factors like nationality, race, or tribe. Our goal is simple: to provide swift and effective support to these vulnerable populations, offering them hope and assistance in their time of need.
We are committed to providing life-saving humanitarian aid to those most need it. This includes essential services such as food, water, shelter, healthcare, sanitation, hygiene, and nutrition. Our efforts extend to internally displaced people who have been forced to flee their homes and refugees who have crossed borders seeking safety and refuge.
